To maintain your skin you need a regular Facial, for this you go to spas but they are very expensive. Don’t worry if you can’t afford spa then try this basic-home facial at your home. This works on dry, oily and combination skin.

Facial Mask

Time required: 25-30 minutes

Requirements:
Gentle cleanser
Exfoliating Scrub
Basic Moisturizer
Cream Facial mask(based on your skin type)
Warm water and a Washcloth

How to do?

Cleanse the skin:

First wash the face, to remove the dirt. For dry skin use cream or milky cleanser such as Cataphyll. For oily or combination skin try a cleanser like Clinique.

Exfoliate:

Moisten face, apply a small quantity of a gentle exfoliating scrub and gently work up with circular motion on the areas around your nose and forehead or if you have a combo skin, work harder on the areas that tend to be greasy. Wash off and pat dry.

Steam:

Fill your tub with warm water. Dip your washcloth inside in it; gently press it on your face. Repeat it 2-3 times.

Apply the mask according to your face, avoid contact with eyes. For dry skin use hydrating gel or cream mask and for oily skin use clay-based face mask. Let it sit on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse it of completely.

Use a moisturizer on your face, gently massage with circular motions. It will make your skin relax. Don’t stretch your skin. Stay away from strong moisturizers containing retinols or acids.
